1) How do I order/make enquiries? Simply copy the order form, fill in the information and either mail us directly at herglassdaffodil@gmail.com or send it to us through the "Contact Us" form.
2) How do I collect my items? You may choose postage or meetups. For postage, Singpost is used. You can opt for normal or registered mail.
We only do meetups at selected places, which we will put up soon on this site. Do email us to ask about meetups.
3) Do prices include postage? Our prices do not include postage.
Postage is $1.50 for normal postage.
For registered postage, there will be an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage.
4) How long does delivery take? Items are posted out once payment has been received. Thus, the delivery will take ~2 - 3 days.
We will inform you when the item is posted out.
5) How do I make payment? You can pay by transferring the amount to our POSB Savings Account or UOB account, which we will provide upon sales confirmation.
6) Can I make orders first and make payment later? All orders are held onto for a maximum of 24 hours after confirmation, during which payment must be made. After 24 hours, item will be up for sale again.
6) Do you do swaps? Thanks for your interest in our apparels. However, we're sorry that we don't do swaps.
7) I am concerned about the quality of items. You have every right to be. You're welcomed to drop us an email at herglassdaffodil@gmail.com to ask for detailed information on the items.
We will provide the details to our utmost knowledge.
8) The items do not fit me. May I return items or have a refund? We do not entertain returns/refunds.
Each and every item is checked for defects before mailing out.

Do note that upon confirming your order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following:
1) Upon an order confirmation, the piece will be reserved for you for 24 hours, or for an agreed upon period. Items not paid for within 24 hours, or the agreed upon period, will be available for sale or given to the next person on the waiting list, without further notification.
2) For the present moment, all sold items are not refundable. All items are checked for defects before posting. Any known defects will be made known before purchase.
3) Her Glass Daffodil will not be responsible for any loss of packages through normal mail.
4) Her Glass Daffodil reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time
